How to make a Roti
1/3 cup flour called "Golden Temple" - 100ml
30-40ml with cold water
mix until it forms a dough.
Roll into a ball.
-Using rolling pin
-Roll out into a flat
tortia like round shape.
-Heat a flat non-stick pan
saute the rolled round shape roti
-Flip roti on both sides until puffie.
-Once cooked
-Butter one side + serve with curry or you can use it as a wrap.
